HOW TO USE
- Apply on the nails two layers of the white hybrid polish, and cure each of them in the lamp.
- Rub the HolographX powder into the sticky dispersion layer.
- Remove the excess of the powder with a brush.
- Cover the nail with a hybrid top coat, remember to secure the free edge.
