TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Terms and Conditions include the following information about us and the legal terms that will apply to you when you use our website (Website Terms and Conditions), (Privacy and Cookie Policy) and when you purchase any products and services from us (Returns and refunds) and (Special sales conditions).We change these Terms from time to time. Each time you wish to order products or services, please check these Terms and Conditions to ensure that you understand the terms that will then apply.
This website is operated by Mediqvison. The terms "we", "us" and "our" are used throughout the site Mediqvision.

Sales:
-    These Terms and Conditions apply to the entire sale and no variation (including without limitation any terms of the Buyer's contract or order form), whether before or after the conclusion of the contract, will be effective unless expressly agreed in writing by Mediqvision.

-    Title to the Goods passes to the Seller only after: The Customer has paid the Price including VAT and freight in full, and upon delivery, the Customer has duly signed receipt of the Goods, after which the Goods become the sole responsibility of the Customer.


Prices. 
-    Prices quoted   exclusive of VAT or any other purchase tax duties, levies or charges payable by purchaser which will be charged at the rate ruling at the day of dispatch, VAT at the current rate will be added to all invoices.

-    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices will be those set out in the Seller's published price list from time to time and will be exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

-    Mediqvision reserves the right to change prices without prior notice in the event of currency fluctuations and/or changes in manufacturer prices.

Use /Security/ Restrictions  
-    The Customer is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their Account which is provided to the Customer by the Seller. The Customer agrees to notify the Seller immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.

-    By law certain products on our website can only be purchased if you satisfy the legal age requirement for that product. If you are underage, please do not attempt to order these products through our site.

-    By purchasing products, you agree to comply with any restrictions and/or restrictions that Mediqvision may apply from time to time with respect to the sale of certain products, including, without limitation, certain professional brand products that may be purchased solely for use in your own salon/business or sold to retail customers through your showroom/business.

 

Product & product images 
-    The photo is intended to show an example view of the item. The image shown may not be the actual product image. Please note that colors may vary from the images. We reserve the right to remove or amend an image at any time.

-    The products are compliant for sale in the Republic of Ireland. We do not represent that the products are compliant for sale and/or use in other countries.


-    All products featured on our website are subject to availability. If the Product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will not process your order if it has been placed.

Faulty Goods:
-    If the Goods are faulty, please  email info@mediqvison.ie so the faulty Goods can be replaced.

-    Where products are proven to be faulty we reserve the right to repair or replace the product or to provide you with a refund, in our absolute discretion.

-    Any refund will include the price of the defective product.  Products must be returned to store at your cost so they can be accessed to see if they are faulty under the manufactures warranty.

Delivery:
-    Any times quotes for delivery are estimates only and the Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver within the time quotes.

-    Mediqvision will endeavor to deliver the Goods to the Customer within 5 working days of placing the order, where possible. However, Goods are subject to availability and delays may occasionally occur which are beyond the Sellers' control. The Seller is not liable for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that the Customer may incur in the event of the Seller's delay in delivery or failure to deliver the Goods.


-    On delivery, the Customer will be required to sign validly for delivery of the Goods, after which the Goods will become the sole responsibility of the Customer.

-    Mediqvision covers packaging and transport costs for all orders over EUR 190.For orders with an goods value below €190, excluding VAT, only postage or a nominal fee of €6.00 will be charged for every  package up to 10kg . There is always a postage fee for printing stationery. For delivery of large items, please note that additional delivery charges may apply.


-    Mediqvision is not responsible for damage or loss of goods during transport.

-    In the event of non-delivery the customer must inform Mediqvision  within 3 days of the invoice date or advice of dispatch, otherwise no claim will be considered alter this time.

Cancelations & Returns: 
-    Products are not provided on a sale or return basis. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Returns Policy will apply.

-    To inform us that you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@mediqvision.ie

-    Each product must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

-    Products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect, salable condition.

-    Any product which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned, please contact us at info@mediqvision.ie for a list of these examples of a list of these items.

-    The product must be returned at your own expense to the return address provided on the shipment. You are responsible for ensuring that the product reaches us safely, so we strongly recommend that you return the product by registered post. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products returned to us. We can arrange collection for you, however we will deduct our costs from the refund due.

-    Some products cannot be returned. These include:
-    Any special-order products or products delivered directly from the manufacturer (including furniture and equipment, etc.)
-    Any product with a security seal that you have opened or unsealed.
-    You will need to present the product together with your delivery paperwork as proof of purchase .
-    Delivery charges paid by you will not be refunded. Products which are given free, as part of an offer, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

-    We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the refund which will be deducted from your refund.

-    We refund you on the same credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the products. Processing a refund can take up to 21 days from receipt of the returned product.

Governing Law:
-    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland
